“We have stayed at the Marlborough before on our travels in 2025 and when we retuned this year 2026 we wanted to stay again but longer this time. So glad we did everyone one was kind and friendly and new what they were doing. the pub itself and the rooms were excellent and vintage. The area of course is wonderful. All service, food and beverages top class. We plan on returning possibly next year and will likely stay even longer. Thank you.”

“We loved this traditional old style hotel and the staff. However dinner was a little bit of a let down I had scallops which were cooked well a served beautifully my wife had a seafood cocktail straight out of the 70,s unfortunately! Followed by a line caught tuna salad , line caught in a tin ! I had venison steak which was cooked very well but served with shop bought skin on fries . The price we paid I would have expected better very disappointed Breakfast was lovely”
