“Nice touch the fridge and microwave the bathroom and room looked clean But the walls are to thin Close to the road the traffic is all u hear . The people above every move they make you can hear, doors closing and feet stomping . ”

“This was rather an interested stay as the place itself is a bit historical, so if your are not into this type of places, not bother to go. I found it to be very interesting. The rooms was decent and the breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful every step of the way. The in-house Portuguese restaurant is a MUST. Their wings was so good. Make sure to try them..:P”

“昨年コルチェスターに来た時に立地が良いのと伝統あるホテルらしいので、その時から今年はこちらにお世話になろうと決めていました。 古い建物なのでエレベーターやエアコンがないのは不便でしたが、朝食や朝食の場所の素晴らしさに感動しました。来年は来れるかわかりませんが機会があればまた利用したいと思います。チェックイン、チェックアウト時に重いカバンを運んでくださって感謝しています。ありがとうございました。”

“Spa and pool were excellent used both . No air conditioning in our Deluxe room and the Dyson fan just didn’t help much at all . Shame really . Breakfast was good one day and not quite so good the next day ( different chefs they said ) . All staff at the 3 properties were really helpful especially the chauffeuse .”

“Really comfortable bed. Super clean. Great for a couple of nights stay. Close to the University to meet up with our daughter. Would recommend the Beth Chatto Garden near by for a visit. ”
