“The hotel was alright but charging nearly a tenner to park in their own car park is a joke. Good breakfast albeit another £30. Had to spend nearly the room cost again to park and eat. Could have got somewhere much nicer if I wanted to spend over £100 and eaten and parked for free. Wouldn't come again”

“Sian, the landlady is wonderful -- friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel's.com said there are laundry facilities but this is not true. BUT Sian did our laundry for us. We stayed in the annex but no one who was mobility problems, or is tall or heavy should stay there -- it is difficult to maneuver under the low ceilings. ”

“Even though there are positives in that this hotel is located in a quiet area and has ample parking I do not know how it is rated a 4 star. The decor is from the 70’s and needs a serious update. Even though the website says there is a fan in the room I had to go down to reception and ask for one. The carpets need replacing and there is no ramp into the reception area so you have to carry any luggage up and down stairs. No fridge in the room either.
