Place is a mess, under construction and people that stay there are absolutely miserable people who dance around and move furniture around all night and you can hear full conversations through the walls

Room 202 Stay. Water hookup at sink and shower were backwards. H was cold water and C was hot water. gross floor under night stand. Bed was springs (old). Hotpoint refridge stayed "cool" at best on highest cold setting. Good note was the fridge was larger than normal. Microwave smelled and one leg missing so it would tilt when opening door.

This place was so dirty. To top it off it’s under reconstruction and they gave me the filthiest room. I had to leave. I was not going to stay in a dusty room.

No shampoo/conditioner, towels are stained dirty not white. No air-conditioning/ heater. Not clean the floors. Bathrooms is discussing. Switch lights dirty. Bathroom door is nasty. No elevator, i had back surgery and claiming stairs it bothered my back. No breakfast available. Very disappointed. Should be getting a refund.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Quiet and clean. Sheets had stains was the only negative. Overall great value for what you pay for.

They were doing work, we were not notified and there were no amenities, no coffee, nada, I asked the person downstairs about our light going on by itself and if someone can come to fix it. I was told to do it myself.

Very dirty room
The room was dirty the pillows were missing pillowcases the furniture had paint stains looks like the hotel is being remodeled but the cleanness of the room was unsatisfactory very disgusting. But you do need to understand you get what you pay for $100 room.

The property was under construction and there were no rooms on the first floor. I had to pay $88.00 instead of the advertised price of $55.00. My room looked terrible! There was dried paint drops all over the floor! Even the door to my room looked like it had been recycled a few times. I definitely would not stay here again or recommend it.

This is NOT what I expected at all. Ive been to nice hotels and ghetto ones as well. This place was under construction which was not clarified on the site, they have 3 stories and no elevator at all in the building. I got a room on the third floor and had to carry all my belongings up 3 flights of stairs, just so when I get up to our room, Its been used and uncleaned. So I had to go back downstairs to complain and the young lady at the front desk clearly doesn't have any customer service experience because she was like whatever about the situation. She then walks with me back upstairs to verify the room she rented me at first was indeed used which bothered me more. She issued me a new room and went in to that one as well to make surw it was cleaned. I didn't even get an apology for this experience.

Think it’s going under remodeling. Stairways were dirty as if they haven’t been vacuumed recently. Our hotel number was tapped on the door. We were there for about an hour and decided to check out immediately and leave somewhere else. We didn’t feel comfortable. The microwave was broken and missing a nob.

Not good at all
Overall sad to say its a roach motel. Clerk was not friendly at all. Hotel was hot. The room ac took 6 hours to cool. No elevator.

Staff needs a lot of work, the room had no phone, WiFi didn’t work, no coffee at all, holes on the bed cover, not enough towels. Staff doesn’t isn’t at the desk when you enter, sitting in their office checking out their cell phone. I’ll never go back unless they change things!!!!!!

I booked it because it was late and this was going to include continental breakfast . That way, get some coffee, danish and go. However they did not have it, due to covid. The place was scary. Some gang members were in the parking lot . Our sink was clogged up. The fridge did not work. The censor light came on a few times during the night, while we were in bed. Not worth the $100.00

Hotel below third world standards. When I check in I had to give a $20 cash deposit, not cc, cash! Never have do that before. When I got to my room 202 the door was open. There was a cleaning bottle on the micorwave and trash was not clean. No soap or shampoo of any kind. Refrigerator did not work. Had go to the desk to get batteries for the remote. Could not get wifi to work. No breakfast was available at 7 am. Really bad!

The room is very dirty. The night light did not work. Only one roll of paper in the restroom ( we ran out). I reserved the hotel online and was not advised that breakfast was canceled and that the hotel is being remodeled. The hallway is very dirty and it smells. At night a smell of smoke filter to our room. Overall my family and I are not pleased with the stay.
