Our room was disgusting! Mold. Rotten wood. Bugs. If you are not with a cruise, they treat you terribly.

部屋にもホテルの中にも冷蔵庫、電子レンジはありません。wi-fiもロービーなど限定的な場所にしかないため　不便です。駅からのシャトルバスはプリンセスのバスを利用します。ホテルからは、バスデポ、ビジターセンタ－などにアクセスできる　ライリークリークループシャトル（緑色）がでているので、交通の便は良いホテルです。　ビジターセンターは駅からすぐです。ビジターセンターに時刻表があるのでホテルへの最終バスを確認して利用したほうが良いでしょう。

First issue was when we checked in Tyronne was not very helpful as we had some questions about our stay and tours. He told us to go out the back doors to find our room and it would have been a lot closer to go out the front. We had a full bed and a single and were suppose to have a queen. Our driver (Kevin) for the Denali tour seem to be in a hurry as there were tours that left before us and arrive back at the chalet an hour after we were already back thus we did not see much wildlife and we got to hear from other people how nice their tours were and all the stops they made to take pictures. Upon checking out the young girl could not figure out how to print our receipt so after waiting for someone else after sometime they were able to do so yet we still have the $50 charge on our card that Tyrone put on. This needs to be corrected right away.

Our room was dirty. It had not been vacuumed and there was a wet towel left on the floor. The check in agents gave the same welcome and level of helpfulness of the DMV. My wife checked in and I watched how others were treated. They were consistent with their rudeness so I guess that's something. Breakfast was chaos. It was close to shopping. We were not part of the cruise line guests, but they did not have it better.

Nice location.. within minutes of park entrance. A bit dated - at least the room in canyon lodge where we were staying. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions.

Very nice and comfortable. Only con is that parking is away from the actual hotel room / building. So you can either park and walk or take the on property shuttle, which might sometimes take a while to get to places. The elevator buttons didn’t work a couple of times

Rude staff- No manners, no greetings. . Limited parking. Have to park about half a mile away. Rooms are no way close to the pictures on website.

Horribly rude guest service! The receptionist was clearly in a job he didn't like or fed up with. His attitude was more of "listen and don't interrupt me" no matter whether I understood what he explained or not. After we found our room I called the guest services and asked for some comforters and he just rudely said okay and hung up without taking the room details. I figured that maybe he has the room information from the call itself and waited for half an hour. Upon calling them again a different person picked up and said that she didn't have any information. I said never mind, please don't send it anymore since it was getting very late and I told her that I'll manage but then she had someone send it another 15 mins later after we went to bed. Overall a very poor experience.

Parking lot is not close to rooms. Seems like the majority of customers are with cruise excursions so parking is not an issue for them. If you are driving yourself be prepared for a long haul.

Really great resort with two bed room suite for a family of four. The staff were excellent and great amenities. The location is also great with splendid views of the Nenana River and the surrounding mountains. There were many eating options in and around the property. Overall this exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend it.

Cruise ship hotel.
Was supposed to get 2 queens and only got a barely queen and 1 twin, very run down room. Cracked walls, peeling ceiling, awful coffee maker, no mini fridge, not very clean room and not enough towels for the 3 of us. Housekeeping was helpful and immediately took care of the towels but for $300 plus a night and the bed was beyond awful. Not nearly worth it. Location is great but hotel is used for land portion of cruise trips out of Anchorage so be aware of that with the only restaurant. Food is good there but they fill up so make a reservation because parking lot is deceiving, then all of a sudden several busses arrive and there are people everywhere and no where to eat. I suspect the nice rooms go to the cruise ship folks as well. Certainly not Expedia reservations!

Staff (Malik) seemed genuinely disinterested in the process, or us, during our check in. Very mechanical and detached and a lot to be desired as a first contact with the business. Maybe some training and guidance would help.

This place was just okay. For the high price, I was expecting at least a semi-nice hotel with modern updates. Turns out that the high cost just gets you really convenient access to Denali NP; the park shuttles do pick you up from the hotel. This hotel is a good option for those coming up on buses or the train and don't have a rental car. It's obviously catering to cruise people who don't wish to leave the hotel property unless they are being shuttled to and from Denali. However, if like us, you plan to rent a car and drive to other places around the park, I would save your money and stay somewhere a little further down the road. If you have a rental car, you really don't need to pay the upcharge to stay in Denali village to get the full experience. I would describe our room as worse than your average mid-grade chain hotel. Smelled like mildew, and the sheets were so old and worn out that they were see-through and falling off the bed. The staff were very nice for the most part, but there's really no making up for a lack of basics like a bar to hang up your towel or a mattress from this century. For what it's worth, we were staying in what appeared to be an older building. It's possible the newer buildings are nicer and up to date.

Great location to stay in Denali. It’s at the center of all activities.. Frequent shuttles. Nice cabins which were reasonably comfortable, certainly not the most luxurious. The front lobby can get rather busy in the mornings and evenings.

Very close to Denali with shuttles running every 30 minutes. I had booked a King bed room for my Birthday- was given a room with two small beds. When I asked about it, they told me that they always do this and that the motto was you have a room booked but not the room you chose. They had me fill out a form and then left me in the lobby alone for about 1/2 hour before coming out to tell me it would be at least another 30 minutes of waiting and that I probably still would not get the room I booked. They said that there were rooms available but not clean and they probably wouldn’t be able to clean them that day (it was about 10pm). Overall the room was tidy and very large, just not what I booked and hoped for and staff was not apologetic or really even acknowledging the issue or any resolution.

Fantastic location near the park entrance. Very clean and comfortable. The Denali Square are had excellent food, drinks and nightly entertainment.

The room we were in was in one of the older buildings. The room did not have air conditioning, refrigerator or a closet. I would rate this property a 2 out of 10 for the overall value. My wife and I would have preferred to tent camp for the 4 nights we were in the park.
