Staff was amazing. Very helpful and family oriented. I would state her name but I honestly don’t remember it. She made everything super easy when we checked in and had an uplifting spirit. Room was large and the bed comfortable. Only complaint would be the pillows, some of the filling was in balls like it had been washed making it lumpy. The other pillows were too soft. Great view south. Hotel appears to be cat friendly as well.
