Walking distance to all the options downtown Denver has to offer- food/drinks, shopping. Parking is one of the cheapest options around. Safe. Convenient.

I loved that housekeeping was still available even though we were staying more than one night. I didn't like how expensive parking was.

The hotel was great and clean. The parking on the other hand was terrible. The front entrance is not well marked and is in an alley more or less.

Do not stay here! There was a homeless man in the lobby literally giving himself a towel bath and the staff did not care. WiFi didn’t work and once again, they didn’t care. No hot water, ditto. Absolute disgrace Stay next door at any of the other options!!!

That is incorrect, we have on call security that can remove people from our lobby. Wifi is up and running if you are having issues contact someone at the desk to help you get logged in.

Floor not vacuumed, dirty comforter and the plug to get the water to the shower was a disaster. Not even half the water went up to the shower head.

The front staff were very polite and helpful regarding answering questions for our stay. Parking was very disappointing as you are required to pay an additional 47$ parking fee that is only for one night. This caught us off guard as it was not advertised on the Expedia website. The in house restaurant had pretty solid food for the price as well as good mixed drinks and beer selection. The only complaint I could bring up is that the wait time was relatively long as there was only one waitress/bartender for the entire restaurant.

Clean hotel, good location
I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for 5 nights while attending a conference across the street. Convenient location, directly across the street from the conference center, and within easy walking distance to many restaurants. The gym was well-equipped and there was coffee available in the lobby in the morning, as well as K-cups in the room.

The staff was really wonderful and attentive. The hot breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options. My room was very clean, and it was great to have the microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. One thing that I hope they upgrade soon is that a room key is not required to take the elevator up. Overall a good experience and will stay again.
