The accommodations were good. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially when we had issues with Internet needed for business. Smoking neighbors and loud barking dogs were the only major downsides.

With the very minor exception of the driveway and parking asphalt needing a new layer, this was one of the most pleasant, clean, well-appointed properties I have stayed at in the Denver area for quite a while, and I visit the area frequently. Best part? The staff. Knowledgeable, very very helpful, friendly, professional, team-oriented, accommodating … I could go on and on. I was there for personal and business and family reasons, and had to accomplish a lot in less than a week. I don’t think I would have succeeded as well as I did without the staff at your property. Thanks to them I was well rested and well fed with a delicious breakfast each morning. Look forward to going back soon. Deeply appreciate the care with which every single person on the staff there does their job.

The carpet was dirty can use some new flooring, I set up the pull out couch and it had the old sheets stained with something looks like ketchup or blood. The two chairs in the front desk are so dirty.

the hotel was clean and tidy, however, the coffee maker did not work, the refrigerator did not work, and the provider for their TV was not working the weekend we were there.

The gentleman that checked us in was kind. Our first hotel room wasn’t very clean in general, but when we pulled the sheets back on the bed around 10pm we couldn’t believe how dirty they were. My husband went downstairs to share pictures of what the sheets looked like and ask for another room and the front desk person wanted to know why we were just noticing the sheets. What?? My husband said because we hadn’t been in the room. The front desk person gave us a different room to move into and that room had clean sheets, but the carpet and bathroom were dirty. It was disappointing to say the least.

Friendly staff willing to assist you. I never felt like the staff didn't care they have many amenities, with laundry room that's self service. Front desk will sale you a roll of quarter's to guests quarters. Pretty friendly

Hotel was decent. Some items were a bit worn down in the room. Carpet could stand to be replaced. Soaps in the shower were empty and almost empty. Staff members were excellent and checkin/checkout was easy. Overall, not bad for one night.

The bed was the most uncomfortable as it was rock hard making it impossible to get any sleep. We had to pay for parking which seemed ridiculous. There was much noise from the room above us and in the hallways. The staff was all very friendly.

Friendly staffs and good breakfast
The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than average. However, the carpet in the room was filthy. Even the carpet in the breakfast area looked so much cleaner in comparison. The room was next to kitchen and and every morning I could hear noise from the kitchen starting as early as 4AM. The window shade has holes from wear and tear. Used to have high regards of Marriott but recent experiences definitely keeps me and family away from the franchise.

Be sure to read the small print. Although this is not a centrally located hotel, they charge $12 per day for crappy surface parking. The desk clerk will ask if you have a car to park, give you a placard for your dashboard, but won't say a word about the fee. BTW I routinely park in downtown Denver garages for $7-$10 per night, so for open lot parking adjacent to a suburban hotel, this is ridiculous. Most importantly, this type of hidden nickel and dime stuff is annoying and reduces customer satisfaction...I won't be back.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The pool had a strong odor of Chlorine getting my family sick but the staff closed the pool immediately after being notified. You have to pay $12.00 a day on the property.

The Best and most Reseasonable Around!
My daughter and I were in town for a small wedding. I needed an accessibleroom, which was perfect and right next to the pool, which I also took advantage of! Everyone was delightful. I had a million questions about the area and they were willing to take the time and explain e erything to me. On my last day, a Sunday, I had to be out of my room at non but my Uber ride to the airport wasn't coming until 4:30. I was brought a pillow, the lobby remote control for the tv and felt totally welcome to stay, as long as I needed. The breakfast buffet was not just a 'continental' breakfast, but a real breakfast, with wafflemaker, bagels, eggs, sausages, and much, much more@! Highly recommend!!!!
