"The front desk staff were very attentive, friendly and engaging- words you don't normally ascribe to hotel staff. There are tons of useful things in the room: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, huge pump bottles of body wash and shampoo. I love that there's an elevator- and it's not creepy. I love that the doors are not glitchy and open right away upon tapping your card. There were several things in the room that made it fancier than the price would indicate: soft and medium pillows with labels, very soft towels, fancy shower curtain and liner [that smelled like mildew however] and a huge TV with cable. I couldn't get the phone to work- maybe there was some trick to it. The first room I got wasn't vaccumed and I was able to get switched; that room was good, but I wasn't able to leave the window open a crack because it had no anti-theft jamb and the screen was torn loose at the corner. I decided not to try the breakfast and use up my morning calories, based on my 7/10 feel about the rooms, but a family walking by my room were saying good things about it. The lobby and grounds of the hotel feel very welcoming and have a great vibe and nice decor."

"I was hesitant based on some of the reviews but overall it was nice for the price. Clean room, water took a while to get hot but no big deal. Staff on check in was nice and quick. I did have a lot of trouble getting the cable tv work and had asked someone to try and fix it and was told the oncoming staff would call me back but never did. None the less, the room was fine and I would book again. Big plus is Starbucks is almost in the same parking lot :)"
