"Great place to stay"

"The room was spacious for two, comfortable bed, big shower with good water pressure, and clean with great housekeeping. Check in and out was easy and could do everything on the reception tablets but plenty of staff around to help you. Loved the vibe of the casino floor too! Would definitely stay here again. Only thing to be aware of is depending on your room you might have a bit of a walk from the elevator to your room but for us that wasn’t a big deal! Can walk down to the middle of the strip fairly easy, otherwise monorail is close and Ubers easy. "

"The room was without refrigerator and microwave. With the cost of food I would much prefer to take left overs back to the room. "

"They need a serious upgrade or need to be honest about that section of the hotel. No amenities, not even a coffee maker. It’s a misrepresentation of the website and the rooms pictured. I was not happy with my stay."

"Mae sure to let them know you need house keeping everyday. They skipped cleaning our room on one of the days, it’s no big deal. Just leaving a review because I felt that, everyone should be aware. "

"Staff was very rude. I couldnt get an answer. I was directed multiple places that kept sending me back and forth. The ladies near the kiosk were there but did not want to help, busy chatting. Kiosk said there was a problem with my reservation and to go to the front counter ,then the lady that stands in front of the ropes directed us back to the kiosk where it told us to go to the front counter again and we explained that to her to which she said to go back anyways and no one was there to help . The kiosk ladies were on the far corner chatting instead of helping.then one of the ladies flagged them down and said to help us and gave us really bad attitude for interrupting her conversation. Long story short we were treated horribly for our first experience/time and we will not stay here again. "
