“시설이 세월의 흔적이 있어서 낡은 것은 어쩔수 없음. 그러나 해피아워 제공하며 분위기가 편안하고 가족적인 느낌을 준다. 운영방식과 친절함, 편안함이 좋았다. 낡더라도 편안하고 친절한 곳. 아침 조식도 오믈렛 스테이션이 있어서 좋았다. 주차요금이 추가되는 것은 염두에 두어야 한다.”

“We were patients at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix. The hotel at the hospital was 4x the cost of this place. We had two double beds (very comfortable), microwave, refrigerator, table/chairs, full bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Five miles from hospital without a problem. We will definitely be staying there when needed.”

“깨끗한 객실, 욕실, 친절한 직원 !!!!!!!”

“Our three bedroom suite felt a bit outdated. The fridge and kitchen were in their teens. The most disappointing part was finding two dead cockroaches, one in the kitchen and another in the dining room. We were given a second floor room but there was no elevator access so we struggled for our guests and bags. The timeshare presentation staff were very pushy and rude when we refused to attend a presentation since we are owners with a different company. When we ordered extra amenities, they never...

“Room was clean, large, and had nice mini kitchen which was a plus. Staff behind front desk could not be nicer, professional, and helpful!”

“Amazing 10n out of 10 Cant wait to go back.”

“Needs to be updated badly. The carpet is old in the hallways. The carpet in the room was bad. The furniture was scratched up. The refrigerator was old. The closet was broke. The sliding door in the bathroom was ugly. The tub had flakes peeling off. Not a good experience. That’s why we lasted one night.”

“Very disappointed in our overall trip. The bathroom in the room was dirty. The slides were being run by minimal staff members making the wait times very long. We waited an hour to ride the diamondback drop. Very disappointing when it is fall break and you know people will be taking trips. Plus we have a child with special needs that loves the water but waiting in a loud, crowded line is triggering, especially for a child with special needs. Many cars parked in the loading/unloading zone ALL...

“Would like to have had a non accessible room(we did not need a room with disability friendly accommodations) and would have liked for the shower head to have worked and the ac to not be blowing straight on us all night, but other than that everything was fantastic”

“직원들이 친절하고 조식도 맛있었습니다.”
