“This hotel was such a surprise! We had an unexpected layover in the Azores, and booked this hotel at the last minute. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with cold towels (it was summer) and were amazed by the beautiful property. We were also also mindblown by the handwritten welcome card and the fruit basket.
