“Loved the free dinner and drinks, that is a perk that will make us book with Drury hotels always! Also loved that the pool was both indoor/outdoor and the indoor had fans to keep parents not swimming cool!”

“I booked the rooms because it said the pools were open online, but they were not. They said they would open in a week or so. I was disappointed that the information online was not accurate. I really wanted to relax while hubby was out working on a job out of state in the area. Then I wanted to use the washers. The soap machine ate my coins and did not dispense anything, and the front desk did not reimburse me. I had to walk to a gas station for more change to wash, as the front desk does not...

“Our family traveled to Branson Missouri first and had an awful time at the hotel. Then we came to Columbia Missouri a few days later and was dreading another hotel because of the awful time we just had. But that was not the case. We had an amazing time at this hotel. Our kids even voted for the hotel breakfast instead of going out to eat.”

“The staff was unwilling to let me cancel my reservation the day of my reservation because I had a funeral come up. I hadn’t checked I yet. They refused to work with me or help even given the circumstances. They charged me for the full 2 nights. They wouldn’t even give me a cancellation fee. I found them rude and uncaring.”

“We like staying at hotels with spacious suites. This hotel was great. Our room was clean, the breakfast area was sparkling and the food was just fine. Very pleasant stay for my family. The outdoor seating area (where the grills are) could use a little refresher but we have no problem recommending this hotel (and my wife is picky).”

“Negative from the get-go. This is a motel 6 not a hotel Blu. Loud music. Two floors up came into my room. It's all about the Bass. Chair was unusable. It's been worn out. Shabby and run down this place. Bait and switch again, not a Hotel Blu.”

“The stay was nice. The rooms were clean. I got a handicapped room for some reason. I got out of the shower and all the water had went out. On the floor in the bathroom, other than that, it was a fairly good stay. No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast wasn't too much, I guess that's what you get when you pay $83 coffee, Danish, banana or apple and cereal. I would go there again to save money, so we're going to f*** do I”
