“Property is impressive for such a small town. Clean, high end and great restaurant/bar. Only downside is the general parking and Valet parking are in a padded parking lot across the street. I would expect secure underground parking for a property of this caliber.”

“This was a nice place to stay when visiting our kids at ACU on a busy weekend. The campus is only 15 minutes away. Staff were excellent. The property is a bit dated. Another reviewer said it reminded them of a renovated Holidome, and I would second that opinion. We had a slight hiccup with an odor coming into our room through the ventilation and the staff were super responsive at addressing it, and got it resolved without any issues. “Rooms are spacious enough. I liked open area for fresh air. However, staff not removing trash could see trash cans full for 2 days. Refrigerator needed in room. Could not get extension for check out. Breakfast is poor: no milk for 2 days; no fruit, always serving cereals , coffee and bread. If you say break fast included; try to make a variety at least every 2days… Can be great if those issues are resolved ”

“A storm knocked a billboard onto a power line and electricity was knocked out for about and the staff was very friendly and communicated as best they could the time we could expect electricity and honestly i was surprised how fast it was restored . They were also just very friendly and helpful in general . Room was very clean , towels were clean and soft . Cable always worked , wifi always worked. ”

“Breakfast was terrible! gravy was more like water, bisquets were hard as rock, butter frozen and sausage was greasy. I was sick to my tummy by time got back to room. several others complained about breakfast while we were trying to eat. But you get what you pay for! ”
