“nice location, good breakfast, beautiful and clean beach but hotel room is a little out of date”

“The pool was the only thing as advertised! Buffet was horrible I would not feed to anyone made me sick and was awake all night! They advertise the have restaurants which is true however they are not operational and act like they have no space while the truth is it’s not real I went and checked for myself. The restaurants if they do exist are not all inclusive unless you stay 3 night and in that three nights one reservation”

“Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Distance to beach is perfect. Restaurants around the hotel in Tamarindo town are great with many different options. This is the ideal hotel to stay at in Tamarindo location and comfort wise.”

“We have stayed at many all inclusive! This is by far one of the best! Food was so good we were in shock! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Pool was perfect temperature, easy beach access, suite was perfect! I really can't say enough positives. We traveled with children and they had a blast! Do the all inclusive! If not it is very pricey!”

“Everything was great, however I wish they would change the breakfast options instead of the same few items every day. I would also suggest that they skim the pool at least twice per day since there are so many bugs that land on the pool. They asked if we were celebrating anything, and I told them it was our anniversary and my wife's birthday, prior to arrival and during the checkin, and no arrangements were made.”
