“Very good location traffic noise a bit of a nuisance at night”

“Amazing and super friendly staff”

“Spa was lovely rooms were very clean only thing wrong in the whole experience was very tight with the toiletries an the breakfast was warm an over priced drinks i don't mind paying for a bottle of wine but £40 is abit to much”

“This was not our first visit to the Grosvenor hotel in chester, as it is closing on 30th september for a couple of years to renovate.so we booked two lovely rooms in april to stay 1 night at the end of september, on arrival we soon found out our stay was not as we hoped it may be, there was an heritage package that we were not made known to on arrival. therefore there was only 1 menu we could choose from, asked a bottle of wine was told that could not order a bottle but could order by the glass...

“good golf course, tennis court, rooms and buildings with full of historic scent. 30 minutes drive from Manchester airport. meeting rooms are cozy, but internet access with laptop inconvenient (smartphones are ok). breakfast was excellent and bar serves all kinds of nice cocktail.”

“The hotel is dated, the bathroom products are not elemis as per photos and the rooms are limited with old tvs. Food was nice but £4.50 for diet coke is ridiculous.”
