“Clean and beautiful casino and hotel. One elevator was broken during a busy weekend for travel sports but not a huge deal. The casino is lacking variety. Way too many slots and not enough blackjack.”

“very nice location. if we can have a hot pod in the room would be better”

“Hotel is a little dated, but they are doing some renovations (Fall 2026) that will probably help. Our room was clean and had a nice view of the park next to the soo locks. The location of the hotel is great, with many restaurants and bars nearby you can walk to. The staff was friendly but were not terribly engaging (We asked about restaurants in the area and their response was ‘they are all okay.’).”

“Clean and beds were comfortable.”

“This home on the property has multiple safety issues, including but not limited to 1) a shattered master bedroom window with dirty jagged shards in place, 2) excessive mold in & around exterior doorway & window jambs, 3) multiple bedroom window screens slashed with a knife or with other large holes that let in mosquitoes, 4) a literally falling-down storage shed next to the fire circle out back, with the roof caved in and rotted, de-particulating boards strewn around the yard, and 5) badly...

“We were greeted by Jannette who was so welcoming and helpful and had cabin next to Dan the GM who gave us several ideas of things to see and do. The view was incredible and the stars at night just awe inspiring. Lovely spot and very comfy. Had dinner at Pins with terrific pizza. Really a great stay!!!”

“very clean rooms. had plenty of towels in the room for a 2 day stay.breakfast was very good. didnt use the pool area but it look very clean.”

“Nice”

“Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed”

“Very outdated! Carpets stained, water damage on the exterior wall, water damage also in the bathroom on the ceiling. Peeling paint and mold! First room didn’t latch so they out is in a different room. Security lock didn’t work. Screws just fell out into the floor. There were bugs in the bathroom on the floor probably due to the moisture in there. We picked this hotel because of the hot tub, however, the knob was broken off of the timer on the hot tub and the water was not heated. Such a HUGE...

“숙박비에 비해 시설 및 서비스 그리고 조식 상태 등에 만족했습니다.”

“Clean and well maintained. Friendly and personable staff.”

“The room was not clean. The room were not like the pictures. All the bedding was dirty and soiled. We asked for the room to be cleaned so that we could sleep in it and they just headed us sheets and had us do it are self. The was not breakfast in the morning cause all staff was sick and couldn’t get it open. The worst experience I have ever had up north”

“Disgusting”

“This is a basic rural motel. It was wife approved clean, in room coffee was bad, inexpensive so could go out to restaurant for real good breakfast. Value was a Nine out of Ten. Quiet, easy to use, on the way to where we were headed. Wife says we can stay there again.”
