“Old and worn out. The elevator goes so slow and is hot, it needs to be updated. Some woman had a dog who pooped all over the report twice in front of our room. The maids didn’t come and clean the room the first day even after calling and being told they would come. We had no towels so they made me fill out a form and go to the front desk and get pool towels to use and if I don’t return them I would be charged. We will never stay here again. “The hotel is currently under major construction! Flooring was being installed in the lobby during our stay and the property felt like a job site. Guests should be notified of renovations before booking. The bathrooms downstairs near lobby were out of order. The breakfast drinks were hot. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough as it felt like we were dancing around a job site. ”

“Customer service from the front desk staff was outstanding. They even followed up with a call to our room to make sure we had everything we needed, which was a thoughtful touch. The kids absolutely loved the indoor pool, and it’s become a favorite stop for our family. We’ve stayed here twice over the past few years on our way to Colorado for ski trips. “The staff was super sweet. Wasn’t as clean as you would want. But it served its purpose. ”

“Our room was generally clean however there was mildew in the shower. Also, the toilet was so loose that it even wobbled when we flushed the toilet. Staff was very nice and appreciative that we notified them about the toilet. There is no dropbox that we could find to place our keys when we left as the office was not open at 6:50am.”

“Manager had to cancel all reservations due to some on going litigation with manager and owner of hotel. Phone service down at hotel. Arrived after driving 10+ hours for manager to tell me the situation. Manager also explained key cards are inoperable, phone and WiFi were down, and power was intermittent. “Very run down starting with the motel sign. Only 2 letters were lit up. The room was furnished with mismatched and outdated furniture. The microwave was tiny and ancient. Staff were polite and waited up for me to arrive when I had car trouble. Another positive is they allow pets. Be prepared to pay $20 per pet per night. It's odd that there is no office. “It was nice to be close to the ski mountain. The apartment was clean and had the basic amenities. The beds and pillows could have been more comfortable. We stayed for three nights and had plenty of towels but could have used a bit more soap. There was a small bar, one small shampoo and one conditioner that were tough to make last. The communication was excellent and the access using a digital code to come and go was easy. It would have been nice to have a few more dishes and silverware....

“The cleanness was terrible, sheets on master was dirty with lotion spilled between sheets, hair and stains all over the sheets. Came out with a fast wash on the laundry. Housekeeping didn’t change sheets or towels. It was folded dirty. The spare sheets was all dirty and also used crumbled inside a messy closed. All the blankets and sheets are dirty inside the closet.
