“Temperature was 4° room must have a heating system but no heat all night freezing”

“I have often traveled to South Africa on business and stayed at many hotels, but I have never found a place where the staff were as friendly as this one. The hotel grounds were large and it was nice to take a walk. The downside was that the bathroom door was the wrong size so it didn't close completely, and the shuttle service ran every hour, so the waiting time was longer than other hotels.”

“The Dove's Nest Guesthouse was a quaint cozy place to stay. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The shower had super hot water. The break”

“Excellent staff at the reception they helped me with the mistake that was made either by me or the provider I used they said I must give the thumbs up to the manager What you did left me tongue tight Keep up the good spirit you gave us”
