Disappointed in parking arrangements and charges to park indoors across the street from the hotel. Very tight parking spots. Have to walk across the street to get to and from hotel and parking area. Glad it isn't the winter time. It would be cold and slippery "

"My husband and I went to a concert at the casino in Windsor. We stayed at your hotel because it was close. We were able to walk in less than 10 minutes to the casino. Next time we go to a concert at Caesars Windsor, we will stay there. The staff were so friendly. The lady at front desk asked about her concert when we came back. I like the fact that she remembered us. Also, the lady serving breakfast was extremely kind and even served me my breakfast. Thanks to you all."
