“After checking in to my two rooms, my family and I went to our event. Upon our return my niece attempted to take a shower and the water didn’t drain. We informed the staff and was moved to another room. After checking into that room, my brother discovered there was no safety latch on the door. He informed the older gentleman at the front desk and was initially told, “We’ll check it out in the morning.” My brother then had to ask the gentleman what would he do if it was his family?”

“Room upon check in: dirty sheets, had to change them ourselves. Crazy thing is, I wonder how long the out of order and renovation sorry for the inconvenience flyers have been posted. Staff: lazy but informative since I was handed a plunger & had to plunge a toilet that no one staying with me clogged. Parking: extremely unsafe, multiple homeless or drug addicts smoking at the entrance under the awning or just aimlessly wondering around. I say this in the nicest way possible but they never came...

“We stayed here for Myrtle Beach bike week and we would definitely stay again. It was very nice well maintained and comfortable in the staff was amazing.”

“The hotel was beautiful. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view from our window was breathtaking.”

“Room was not ready until after 5 but it didn’t really bother us. The rooms are a little outdated. Furniture not very comfortable with 1 small TV in the living area. Bed wasn’t too bad. Overall a nice place to stay for a weekend getaway. GREAT LOCATION! Close to souvenir shop and places to eat.. you will have to go out a bit if you want breakfast though. The restaurants near by did not serve breakfast. We will definitely return in the future.”

“Hotel is in need of an overhaul. Rusty doors on many rooms. Our room was not cleaned properly. Tub and soap dishes had scum, dirty towel left over shower curtain rack, saw and killed 2 roaches. Only one staff was nice and helpful, the lady who came into lobby at 7 am. She was the only person who was pleasant to us and helpful. Expected more from a Quality Inn hotel”

“The motel was a good location from where my event was. The first room was very dirty. Soap scum in the sink, hair in the bath tub, trash on the floor. The second room floor was dirty. There was a used condom outside of my door. There was someone working on his car the entire stay.”
