“The beach view from the room was truly surrealistically beautiful. The staff were also very kind and I was really touched when they asked if I needed water while carrying my luggage to the taxi after check-out. The level of service that can take care of guests even when they leave is a kindness that is not easily found even in luxury hotels. “The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, clean and well stocked. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Situated in old town it’s close to many pintxo bars and wonderful restaurants and all the main sites. Would highly recommend this hotel. ”

“Weekend visit to San Sebastián. Hotel Abba was in a great location. 5 minute walk from the bus station (useful if travelling to/from Bilbao), Also 5 minutes from Gros & the Old Town. Our room was lovely, modern & clean with a great roof top bar before heading out.. one negative, when the rooftop bar was open, the hotel bar was closed, understood this was to manage staffing levels but would be good to have the choice. Would certainly go again, good hotel, great location!”

“I was travelling on business so I didn't have time for the spa and the treatments but nevertheless, the experience was very enjoyable. The facilities are superb and the staff is amazing. They go an extra mile to help you. The cafe serves excellent food and the service is fantastic. ”
