“The price was very appealing and we love Best Western Motels. The bedroom was fine, the mattress was soft and probably needed replacing. The room with the shower and toilet does not have an exhaust fan and there are spots on the ceiling of the shower which I think is black mold. The room was 128 on level 4. The breakfast was one of the worst we’ve seen in a Best Western. ”

“Great place to stay if there for Arkansas baseball as the parking lot touches the baseball parking lot. Two complimentary free drinks per night was also fun. Bar was busy and enjoyable.”

“Upon arrival the check in host was kind and ready to help. The property is modern and clean. The free breakfast in the morning was a bonus. Also, there are plenty of options for food near by.”

“The swimming pool heater did not work so the pool was ice cold and I asked about the pool when I reserved the room and no one said it was out. The staff said it had been out for several weeks before we even planned. The room was not the cleanest, lots of stuff that needs to be fixed and now from the last time I stayed there you have to pay extra for your breakfast. Unacceptable.”

“It was a nice and clean hotel. The front desk staff was awesome. There is no pool FYI, but other than that, it was very nice.”
