“Very disappointing experience. We traveled as a group of 16, and the only reason we still enjoyed ourselves was because we entertained each other. Check-in was poor—no welcome drink or warm towel. We were told our wristbands were guaranteed not to come off and would cost $150 to replace. Less than 24 hours later my nephew’s fell off, and Guest Services initially tried charging us until we demanded a manager. The food was the biggest letdown. Breakfast was repetitive, greasy, and often cold....

“We stayed in Cabana #1. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the A/C ran great. The room was cleaned every other day and the sheets and towels were changed on the 4th day. The restaurant was good but the service was very slow. The setting was very nice (the hotel is part of a marina). There is a pool, but it was being resurfaced when we were there. We would stay there again.”

“Everything was great! The location, design and layout of the rooms and the hospitality of the staff was superb. The housekeeping was exceptional. We had an amazing time, even though the weather wasn't always the best.”

“We had a very brief stay at True Blue, but it was nothing short of fantastic. The staff members were all lovely, accommodating and welcoming! The property itself was beautiful- well maintained and our room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. There was a wedding occurring when we were there and everyone looked like they were having a blast with a beautiful backdrop. Sky at the main bar was very friendly and made great recommendations.”

“They had a very bad mosquito problem. Loud noise from nearby areas over the weekend had the walls vibrating till 5am in the morning. Only one very low-wattage 110 Volt power outlet. ( stated only for laptop and phone chargers). The only amenities are a mini fridge and a coffee maker OR water kettle. There is a built-in hair dryer operating on the 220-volt system. Clean room and helpful cleaning check-in and staff. Rollaway beds were available on request. Access to the beach was the highlight of...

“Everybody was so helpful at the place. The staff was the best. The staff made what was a beautiful place. Amazing. We especially liked Loren, Ingrid and the wonderful gentleman at the front. Be sure to go to listen to the music with the gal that sings beautiful karaoke. We would definitely come again five stars.”
