“So just to start this off I only get one night And it was during carnival. My check-in was not good at all it took them almost 3 hours in the evening to get my room "prepared". My biggest concern was why weren't the rooms already squared away. So that made me think that they were just not doing a good job of following up with whoever takes me to my room. I asked multiple times in my room was ready and they said there have somebody go look each time. Once I finally got fed up I asked for manager...

“We stayed in Cabana #1. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the A/C ran great. The room was cleaned every other day and the sheets and towels were changed on the 4th day. The restaurant was good but the service was very slow. The setting was very nice (the hotel is part of a marina). There is a pool, but it was being resurfaced when we were there. We would stay there again.”

“The door had a key lock from the early 40s. We felt unsafe.?The bedroom floors had tile that needs to be power washed. The shower was barely warm.. It was temperature of Caribbean barrel water used to take a bath. The furniture was dated, early 70’s. No elevator to transport luggage. Great location, great staff and perfect access to the beach.”
