“The room was dirty, unclean, pubic hair on the fooor, dust, dirty hallways, unclean towels and the rudest and most unwilling to help staff ever. We had to wait 2 1/2 hours on our room to be ready. Arrived to the room after the 2 almost 3 hour wait to see someone in the room who said he wasn’t done cleaning the room which still had dirty towels from the previous guests. The staff is lackadaisical, unprofessional, and are not hospitable to guests. We checked out early and booked at another...

“Spacious room”

“Dust was everywhere. Blinds had rust on them. Floor needed to be mopped. Towels dirty. Breakfast had birds flying around landing on food and the servers did not try to make them move away from the food. Front desk personnel was sarcastic and not professional. Server at breakfast was rude. Omelette was full of oil. Overall not a good experience. It felt like you had to beg staff for help. No hospitality whatsoever! Will not be returning”

“Need microwave in the rooms. It very inconvenient to have to walk to the ground floor to heat something and walk back 2 -3 flights of stairs. The food will be cold by the time you reach your room.”
