“Poor communication between staff,”

“We stayed in Cabana #1. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the A/C ran great. The room was cleaned every other day and the sheets and towels were changed on the 4th day. The restaurant was good but the service was very slow. The setting was very nice (the hotel is part of a marina). There is a pool, but it was being resurfaced when we were there. We would stay there again.”

“My family and I visited True Blue Resort for about 2 weeks in July 2026. We truly enjoyed our stay here with a young family of 4. The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating especially to our needs with a 5 month old baby and a 4 year old. They ensured that my family and I got a very good experience which we most certainly did. “Location is great if you want to be by oceanside, and have no transportation. Grand Anse is a excellent beach, near transportation, Spice mall all within walking distant. Close to restaurants mostly every is in the area. Staff is helpful excellent very pleasant A+++ Hotel is bare minimum, comfortable bed, good a/c bathroom & water works well. “Everybody was so helpful at the place. The staff was the best. The staff made what was a beautiful place. Amazing. We especially liked Loren, Ingrid and the wonderful gentleman at the front. Be sure to go to listen to the music with the gal that sings beautiful karaoke. We would definitely come again five stars.”
