“Poor communication between staff,”

“We stayed in Cabana #1. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the A/C ran great. The room was cleaned every other day and the sheets and towels were changed on the 4th day. The restaurant was good but the service was very slow. The setting was very nice (the hotel is part of a marina). There is a pool, but it was being resurfaced when we were there. We would stay there again.”

“Clean and spacious room - very comfortable Staff available and helpful Wish that we could have paid a little extra to have earlier access to our room due to the early arrival of our flight. Breakfast was good. Just a suggestion to place tabletop food fans to help eliminate the flies - and even some of the hanging infrared bug lamps would help. Would also suggest changing up a couple of the breakfast items each day just for a little variety. We did not use the bar services during our stay....

“Everybody was so helpful at the place. The staff was the best. The staff made what was a beautiful place. Amazing. We especially liked Loren, Ingrid and the wonderful gentleman at the front. Be sure to go to listen to the music with the gal that sings beautiful karaoke. We would definitely come again five stars.”
