“Booking request was not honoured. I booked oceanfront, ground floor with two queen beds and they gave me what they felt like based on their assumptions. They promised to change the king bed to two queens but never did. Calls to reception/front desk/concierge were mostly unanswered. The minibar was unstocked at check-in, raising questions about the room preparation, and we never received the coffee-maker as promised. The room was very basic and dated - there were rust stains on the lampshades....

“I had a wonderful stay at Mount Cinnamon and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Grenada. I stayed in the Cinnamon Suite, and waking up each morning to the breathtaking views over Grand Anse Beach was one of the highlights of my trip. The scenery is truly spectacular and made every sunrise and sunset feel special. The suite itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the staff were always warm, welcoming, and there to help...
