“Al llegar la habitación estaba limpia pero en el baño no contaba con jabón ni shampoo, suelo llevar los míos para estos casos. Sin embargo la regadera también tenía problemas no salía suficiente agua porque la llave para la tina de baño no dejaba de que subiera. La palanca que cierra el flujo de la tina hacia la regadera no funcionaba. No mencioné nada a la recepción al final con dificultades pero pude bañarme ”

“We had a wonderful stay. Great facility, food was excellent and the staff very attentive and helpful. It is centrally located and so easy to walk to events, museums, galleries and shops. Concierge lined up an auto tour of the city for us. There 2 weeks and no time for boredom. Hotel had a small pool and we had a whirlpool on our balcony. Would recommend to anyone who wants to experience San Miguel de Allende”
