"I stayed at Skye Hotel recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was really nice, well-organized, and equipped with hot water. There was good coffee available, but no tea. Only small hand towels were provided (no full-size towels), and no drinking water in the room. Closet space was great, and I appreciated the sofa/TV combo, study table, and the well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. TV facilities were good, but no hair dryer was provided. One thing I found a bit disappointing was the deposit—it was $200, which was actually more than the room rate itself. Staff interaction needs improvement; the reception guy seemed tired of us since I forgot my credit card PIN and it took longer than usual to check in. I would have appreciated a little more patience and friendliness during the process. Overall, a comfortable stay with nice amenities, though a few improvements could make it even better. "

"The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and helped me checkin very quickly. The housekeeping staff was super sweet and was able to give me the few things I needed as I was only there 2 nights. Overall great food in the morning and they keep the snack shop open at the ground floor until 11pm, great for late night sweet tooth"

"Great location in Downtown Toronto. Close to all the key tourist attractions and subway system/PATH. The check in process was quick and easy. Beautiful suite with two tvs. The price was great!! Inexpensive parking underground."

"Room was beautiful with ceiling to floor windows with beautiful water and city view. Comfortable bed, full kitchen, great coffee maker and coffee in room to start day. Enjoyed late night Pizza and Gelato in Lobby restaurant after a concert, perfect end to the day! "
