“Very lovely couple and the room was delightful. The big windows meant it was moonlight all night with a full moon and you could see Adam’s Peak from their garden.”

“This is a wonderful boutique hotel full of yesteryear charm from the beautiful colonial building with its antique furniture to the spacious landscaped gardens and the pristine cold water pool. Some distance from Kandy itself but easy enough to access there and all the tourist spots by tuk tuk with Lieyru the manger only to happy to assist with this.”

“Hotel is not in Kandy and just a few local shops and restaurants are found on the street and all close very early. Pool did not look inviting due to the water colour not looking clean or fresh. Rooms were very musty and didn't feel fresh. Service from the manager and from eaiter Brian imporved our stay.”

“Such a stunning property in a relaxing location. Just what we needed after an early morning train journey and visit to the temple. The host made our group of six very welcome and we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the villa. The architecture is a credit to the owner, who designed and furnished it himself. Truly a stunning home.”

“Beautiful property. Well maintained. Appreciated the nature walk and yoga sessions. The thermal pool was great. However very poor value for money. The Sri Lankan food was bland and the food left much to be desired for. Although the food was well presented the flavours were lacking. No menus options, very limited juice options, most things are chargeable. Nothing was really offered. Staff responded to requests but had to ask for everything. Was disappointed. ”

“This hotel is only about a year old, so all the amenities are modern and in great shape. The staff is wonderful, just like everywhere else in this country, and the breakfast offers so many choices. All in all, it’s a perfect hotel—I have nothing to add! ”
