직원들이 너무 친절하서 개인적으로 팁까지 준 호텔은 여기가 첨임 작은 이슈에도 끝까지 해결해주고 도와달라고 부탁하면 망설임없이 도와주는 곳 방값이 아무리 비싸도 가족들 데리고 또 올 예정임

아주 친절했어요. 그런데 24시간 체크인이 가능하다고 하셨는데 새벽에 도착했을 때 문이 잠겨있어서 당황스러웠어요. 그거 말고는 완벽했습니다.
