The staff here in every department are attentive, friendly, lovely and can not do enough for you. The breakfast was incredible, delicious, fresh and ample. "I had chance to talk to Thuy, the manager to understand all the pain points that they are facing. Thuy was super nice and went through all my point of reviews. All reviews were noticed and listened so I can say staffs were excellent at handling customer. The long waiting of elevator is the key that affects the most when staying here comfortably. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great breakfast menu and great staffs like Thuy, Xuan and other securities always welcome us. "
