“The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, please note that they process payments in the local currency, and the final amount charged was over 200,000 VND higher than the price shown when I made the reservation. I had assumed the price was locked in at the time of booking. On the bright side, the breakfast was great—you can order items from a menu, and the salad bar options change daily, offering a nice variety of food.”
