“Receptionist on check in was not friendly and did not explain where breakfast was held, breakfast times, if I wanted dinner reservations etc. It was all robotic - sign here and basically give me your payment. So as a first impression from a long journey not great.
Room had suitable amenities.
Kettle, biscuits, hairdrier.
Shower very powerful.
Bed comfy.
Breakfast good selection. Staff friendly and efficient in the breakfast area.
Hotel clean.”

“Lovely hotel on the sea front. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Shops, restaurants, steam railway all within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. The complimentary soft drinks and snacks were a nice touch. Room was adequate for a 1 night stay, lovely bathroom & comfortable bed. Would return again and recommend to others”

“I went for business trip.
So I didn't experienced the Casino and around of the Hotel.
I think this hotel is good at for short travel.
The room is clean, bathroom is convient for shower.
Free Wifi can be used for 2 computer/room.
However the eating included in dinner and breakfast in the hotel is normal.”

“We booked a superior room with a sea view. It was everything you could want. The view over the water was superb. The fit out was great. The convenience to the ferry terminal was great as was the access to the bus. The breakfast basket was as comprehensive as we have ever had and satisfied our requirements excellently. “Generally a good hotel and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good.
Our family room looked very tired. In particular, the carpet, net curtains and bathroom sink need to be replaced and modernised.”

“Our stay of a family of 4 was perfect.
The Deluxe Apartment was just right.
The breakfast was great and very reasonably priced with lovely staff.
