“All the staff that I saw at the hotel were friendly and positive. The room was great and the breakfast choices were excellent. ”

“A dog loving hotel. We booked a sea view room which was fantastic, we stayed an extra night. The double bed was unfortunately two singles pushed together and the used dirty towels not refreshed the second day, just picked up and rehung. All the other facilities were great, dinner and take out are serviced from the hotel next door. I would recommend a visit to the retro gaming room in the other hotel next to the pool. The outdoor pools are not available until May. The path to the beach no longer...

“Really clean and spacious caravan, very pretty setting. The only mark down on cleanliness was for the pool and changing areas, it was a nice pool but there wasn't really anywhere to change and leave stuff, and the general changing area/ toilets could've done with more regular cleaning. The caravan and everywhere else was very clean though, we had a lovely stay and would return.”

“아침식사는 훌륭했어요.부페가 아닌 따뜻한 음식을 직접 조리해서 주니 정말 좋았어요. 그리고 더블룸 small size로 예약했는데 standard room으로 free upgrade 해주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 그리고 호텔시설들은 깔끔하고 쾌적했고 수영장이 정말 좋았어요 수영장내에 작은spa도 있어서 추울땐 거기들어가 있으니 정말 좋았어요.수영장물도 깨끗하고 온도도 적당해서 아이들 쾌적하게 수영할수있겠더라구요. 저는 정말 좋았어요”

“The Ocean View's strongest features is its location, high above the beach but close to the lift. The downside is that it primarily caters to tour groups, leaving the solo traveler a bit confused at times.”

“We stayed in Haven Hall and had such a great experience there! The owner David came to greet us and showed us around his property which they renovated for 4 years prior to opening as a boutique hotel. The hotel has beautiful decor inside and a spectacular waterfront. We were asked in the evening what we wish for a breakfast on the next day and they made it exactly the way we requested. We wish we spend more days on the island and definitely would recommend this hotel for everyone who is visiting...

“We had a lovely warm greeting from John on our arrival. Our room was well equipped and clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. Our stay was very pleasant, relaxing and peaceful. It is a short walk into Shanklin village. With plenty of options to eat in the evening. Breakfast was good with a good selection of options. John and Ann are great hosts.”
