Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. First they extended lunch without being asked and fixed the shower within minutes. From there on everything was amazing. Beautiful location and stay however both nights (on opposite ends of the week) with two different rooms..the shower flooded the room.

This was our first visit to Sorrento. The hotel was beautiful with a great full breakfast. Room was spacious, staff was friendly & the housekeepers sweet. We had dinner twice in the rooftop dinning room overlooking the bay. The sunset was amazing. The waitstaff friendly , the food five star. We also danced to the music which made it very romantic. If you are planning to visit Florence, this is the hotel you should book! It won't let you down. Your Florence stay will be brilliant and memorable. I booked this hotel after read someone's comment. As I learned, the location is a bit far from the center of city. Even so, it is still worth to stay at this hotel. If you take a taxi, it costs 10 euro from/to hotel approxilately. For money savers, taking a bus #14 just for 2 euro may be suitable. The bus stop for #14 is only 2 blocks walk...

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Very close the train station, about a 5 minute walk. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Also great location for visiting the historical sites.

Everything was amazing, we only stayed there for one night but it was totally worth it. The hotel is amazing, modern yet themed as antique, room was beyond amazing, breakfast exceeded our expectations, and hotel staff were amazing special thanks to Alessandra at the reception who was very nice to help us with everything we needed!! This hotel is LITERALLY across from Juliet’s Balcony, and in the heart of it all. When we first got there I won’t lie, I was definitely concerned about being dead center of a huge tourist spot, but the noise at night wasn’t an issue at all. They lock the gate and only hotel guests can come in and out (so save trying to see the balcony for after hours unless you want to go inside). Great location less than a block from the main plaza. Our room was right next to the elevator and we never heard a sound. Only a few blocks to the train station and bus stops. Many great restaurants nearby. Best breakfast buffet in our whole 26 days in Italy. Left a jacket and they had it sent to our next hotel on Capri for a minimal charge.

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is historic. It ‘s location is perfect. A bit outside of the hubbub, but close enough for easy access. Great restaurants, shopping and historical landmarks are all there. The hotel is clean, the staff accessible. The breakfast staff, and we particularly mention Mariana, were so kind and helpful. Gorgeous hotel with amazing views of the city. Although it is a little outside the city, you can walk (about 30-45 minutes) or the hotel provides transportation at certain times of the day.

Just a phenomenal place to stay. Great breakfast options in the morning, friendly and helpful staff and the grounds were amazing to walk around. Perfect if you are looking to visit the neighboring villages in Tuscany

What a unique property! We loved the character of the palace. The decor was really cool. The staff was excellent, great food and cocktails. I enjoyed the Vespar in the bar. Much better to stay here than in or closer to Porto Fino.
