“The hotel was excellent, as were the flights to from the Uk to Jersey, with Blue island flights. However the same could not be said for Expedia, we booked and paid for a package, including the flights and hotel. Within an hour Expedia came back to us saying the return flights were not available. We asked for a full refund but Expedia would only refund us for the return flight?? We booked return flight with Blue island ourselve (plane was only half full) we will not use Expedia again. ”

“Impeccably managed hotel with wonderful sea views . Staff were extremely professional and friendly . Housekeeping was excellent . Room was very spacious , very comfortable bed with variety of seating options in the room . Breakfast was excellent - very wide variety of hot and cold options . Restaurant and on-site Tassili both very high standard . Spa treatment very good . Would highly recommend the hotel . Short walk into main shopping area so convenient . ”

“We did find the bed to be small but we were swapped to another room without any fuss. Our stay was lovely. The hotel was very nice and clean. The bed was really comfy. The food was excellent and the staff were really friendly. ”

“Great staff and service. Fab location on a beautiful bay. Excellent access to the beach for a winters dip and then straight into the spa after. Slightly tired and not super modern but that didn’t bother us. Bus stop outside the reception giving you easy access to all of the island. ”

“Beautiful house. Booked a standard room which was very comfortable and a good size. We had a sea view which was amazing. The front gardens are well maintained and the swimming pool is a real bonus. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff very friendly.”
