“This was my second time staying at the Savoy found all aspects of my stay to be excellent both times. I found all the staff to be extremely helpful and attentive to my needs and I hope stay there again on my next stay in Jersey ”

“The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. ”

“A warm welcome by immaculately turned out staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Every area was spotlessly clean which is not always easy with an older property. The food was first class and not overpriced. The sea views are amazing and ever changing. I would definitely stay at Ommeroo again.”

“Great hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful throughout. Room good size, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Ample toiletries supplied. Hospitality tray, which was replenished daily. Very good breakfast, with wide choice. Free parking on site. Good wi-fi. There I are two pools and spa, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go in either. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from St Helier where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. “Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Problem with toilet was remedied immediately. Hotel could do with pool area being smartened up. Sound proofing between rooms not the best. Loud music played a few evenings but was dealt with by staff when contacted. Great location for central St Helier, easy to walk to many areas. On the whole, a great stay in Jersey.”
