“Staff friendly and attentive. Felt a bit rushed when eating evening meal as we asked for 8pm sitting. Pool and room clean. ”

“I cannot fault anything with the hotel. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and polite. Special mention to Hope at reception who was excellent helping me when I needed help to re-print my boarding pass. The garden area was beautiful, plenty of seating and areas for children to play games, pool areas were very clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The only thing that could be improved, there was only entertainment on Friday night (we only stayed Thursday to Sunday).”

“The room and the hotel were exceedingly clean and met our needs in every way. The staff were exceptional caring for all our needs, polite, helpful and always available. The food was of a very high standard and the presentation was so inviting. We had dinner in the hotel on a couple of nights and were delighted by the selection and quality. The pool was very inviting but we just too busy to be able to take advantage of this facility. We will definitely return!!”

“I had a very spacious and clean room with a large bathroom and shower. It was a cold weekend and I was able to turn the radiator on which heated up the room quickly. There is a healthy breakfast with unlimited fruit, hot offerings and tea, coffee, juice, pastries. The hotel is on the sea- front and is a 10 minute walk from the centre of St Helier and is on bus- routes. The staff are very professional and polite. I’d stay here again and will recommend it to my friends. ”

“This is our 2nd time staying at De L'Etang. We like the comfortable & clean room, friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast options & delicious Greek food in the attached Taverna! Close to St Helier & bus routes. Wonderful outlook over the beach. When we next have a holiday in Jersey, we will happily book De L'Etang again.”

“All very good. The only slight thing was that we had 2 single duvets on a super king size bed. No issues with bed size. The sole issue was we felt we'd have been warmer/ more comfortable under a double duvet, as we have this at home. I think we were afraid to say, because everything else was very good.”

“Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, excellent room with great view. Perfect for travellers without transport as a short walk albeit downhill to local bus routes to get around the island. Nice walk along the beach to St Helier and St Aubyn. Easy journey from and to the airport either by taxi or local bus. Peaceful hotel and location but arrived at the beginning of the season. Would definitely recommend Hotel Cristina.”

“Everything was excellent, the hotel it’s self was very modern clean and tidy, it’s in a good distance from st Helier and the park and rose garden just at the end of the road are very good. Went to a lovely free concert in the park one evening and had a excellent meal in the park restaurant”

“The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful.”
