"The staff were very friendly & helpful and allowed us an earlier check in. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had. There was a lot of choice and it was fresh & of a high quality. If you asked, they would also prepared additional types of eggs for you: (poached & omelette). Their restaurant food was nice and handy too, although the alcohol was expensive. I didn’t use the pool, however the seating area was comfortable and clean. My room was cleaned to a high standard everyday & my tea, coffee and biscuits were refilled. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again. "

"Decent room but needs to be refreshed as looked a bit tired and could have done with a picture and guest information. The tv was a faff to switch on, not sure if it was the batteries or tv which kept buffering. The staff in the waterfront restaurant were so funny and friendly, reception staff were mixed. Some were really personable and friendly others were just transactional. Loads of great choice for breakfast."

Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free, which I really appreciated after a long sleepless journey. The security at the hotel was excellent, giving me peace of mind throughout my stay. Parking nearby was very easy to access, adding to the overall convenience. The staff was absolutely brilliant - friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Although I didn't dine at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food, the location offered easy access to the beach, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful Jersey coastline effortlessly. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this 4*Star hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing seaside getaway with excellent service and great amenities."
