“Clean, quiet and comfortable”

“방이 넓고 전반적으로 좋았습니다. 직원분도 친절하네요. 단지 티슈가 없는 상다를 교체하지 않은 점은 좀 아쉬웠지만, 다른 부분은 만족합니다.”

“When I arrived the room I had reserved was not ready . The person at the front desk offered me an alternative room . Which was great not to keep me waiting . She comped my parking fee to make up for the room change . I did not ask for this and thought that was very nice of her to do . Will be staying there again in a couple months . Very nice visit”

“Cute lodge with great breakfast options, better than I expected. Overall, I really enjoyed it. The only downside was the bed wasn't that comfortable for me, but I'm used to a little softer mattress, pillows were great. I would definitely stay again.”

“Staff , we’re very helpful ! Parking was convenient ! Area was family oriented !”

“Air conditioning did not work. 75 degrees all night. Hot horrible experience. Never again”

“The condo was infested with cockroaches, smelled badly of marijuana and was very dirty. When calling to get some sort of refund for having to leave early due to the disgusting conditions - it is impossible to speak to a manager. Have been waiting almost a month for a phone call back. Would not recommend this place.”

“We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the friendliness of the staff. We chose the Carolina Suite on the first floor because of mobility issues. However, we found the bed was so high that I was unable to get onto it without using a chair. We also did not use the shower because of the height of the tub you have to climb over without any grab bars. I would stay here again, but look for a different room.”

“Clean and very organized”

“Perfect location. Beautiful, charming, spacious room with a comfortable bed. Exceptional breakfast. Loved the poached pear starter! Brandi worked hard to anticipate and meet our needs. She even reminded us to move our car before getting ticketed. Would definitely stay again.”

“Beautiful house in the heart of downtown New Bern. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious.”

“The staff was very nice and friendly. It was ok for the money. Only thing was there was garbage outside of the unit which had a smell. There was two dinning room chairs that needed repair.”
