“In my room, the large burner on the stove top did not work really limited my ability to cook. The ice machine did not work. All the plugs on the kitchen wall did not work. The tub area on the outside had mold on it. They do not advertise that they’re gonna charge for your pet to stay in the hotel so they hit me with a charge of $100 for my cat to stay for seven days. And the added bonus if you went out past 9 o’clock at night or all the prostitutes milling about the hotel, looking for customers...

“I used to stay at this hotel monthly. I have since moved to the area and now when my family come to visit they stay here. The elevator never works which is really inconvenient trying to get kids up and down from the top floor several times a day. I am not sure why they would even use the rooms on the top floors knowing the elevator doesn't work or is on the brink of not working. Other than that breakfast is great. The staff is great. It's just the elevators! ”

“The room was not in hotel quality standards. There was hair on the bathroom floor trapped at the door threshold, the tile on the bathroom floor was loose and badly caulked. There were dead bugs in the room. The overall condition was poor. I would not stay here or recommend this property to anyone. As I was checking out and asked for a printed folio, I was told the printer wasn’t working and there was no sign of any empathy or anything as the message was delivered bluntly and I was told because I...

“Bedding were not change, fridge is dirty, dusty on top, electrical are hazardous, this place needs renovations”

“The parking fee was more than I expected and is a complete turn-off. The entry doors were broken and in need of repair. I'm not a dog fan, and they were everywhere. The room was clean. The view was great. The bathroom was like being a cat in a litter box. The toilet was in the same room as the shower, and the door barely cleared the toilet. Very tiny. The beds were not queen-size, and the sheets weren't crisp and clean-smelling. The staff were very friendly and helpful. ”

“Great location at intersection of N. Marine and Western Blvd. Close to all the big chain stores and restaurants. Directly across from Walmart and walking distance to Murphy, a modern gas station and convenience store just a few steps away from motel. Dog friendly with plenty of grassy, tree lined areas to walk them. Very quiet, without extra pedestrian traffic and noisy guests. Coin free washers and dryers on site with use of laundry app. Accommodating, friendly staff. ”

“Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Our room refrigerator had leftover melted ice cream in the freezer which is still there by the way, we left it. We had a very sticky rusted trash can in the area to use.The fold out couch was very uncomfortable to use and we had to ask for sheets and pillows and make it ourselves to use it. Room wasnt cleaned our first morning even though we left before 11am. Came back to a dirty room with no clean towels but when I asked for clean towels someone...
