“Booked 4 rooms for this hotel 8/19 night and arrived late in the night but only 2 rooms were left for staying over the night. Asked to staff at front but he replied that it was the contract between you and hotels.com and he couldn't help me anymore. 2 rooms were sold to another visitors and no explanation for me in prior to arrival at hotel.
