“This hotel really needs a serious updating. Carpets are dirty. Being the only hotel in Kilmarnock they need to do better. The name was changed but the inside is still the same (Best Western}. Breakfast was ok. Gym area no wipes to clean equipments, no towels. Because you have so few choices people will continue to stay here.”

“Though it is obvious that money is tight and some maintenance and ambiance needs have been put on hold, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. It was a much lower price than other places to stay, and I enjoyed my time there.”

“Great for launching our fishing boat”

“Staff were very friendly and very quick to help. Spacious convenient parking. Breakfast was limited. Very clean room.”
