"We arrived at the hotel in the evening and at first thought it was closed because there were many cobwebs at the entrance. To enter, we had to call and get the door code. Since we don’t speak French, we were very thankful to a kind gentleman on the first floor who helped us, and thanks to him we were able to check in smoothly. The hotel operates without staff on site, which we only realized upon arrival, but the room itself was clean and we had a comfortable stay for the night. If the entrance area were kept cleaner and the cobwebs removed, it would create a much better first impression. "
