“A little strange having no staff about, DIY breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. Good night sleep. Good value for the money.”

We paid for carpark and were allowed to leave car the next for a visit of the city. A nice 20 minutes walk along the canal. Host very prompt and polite by text once we had booked. Great price for the convenience and facilities. Thank you ☺️ ”

The staff were friendly and helpful - my wife thought she had lost a small bag containing 2 keys and the lady on reception went out of her way to look for them - in the event my wife found them at home. The hotel has an excellent position, close to the castle and the cathedral. ”

“Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. ”
