“Friendly and a great breakfast”

“The staff there is great. The property is in need of some repair work. Our room and the room next to us flooded the first night we were there. The staff was wonderful about accommodating us and getting everything cleaned up. The building is just starting to show some wear and tear that needs to be addressed.”

“This is a truly unique hotel. It was beautifully, renovated, spacious, super clean, and very convenient for exploring Marshall. The restaurant was good, and it was very relaxing sitting on the deck and listening to the river. The unit was nicely equipped. The only difficulty we had was getting a hold of anyone for questions when we arrived. The phone number in the binder did not answer our call nor reply to text message. The loft area for sleeping is not made for tall people like myself, so it could get a little tight changing clothes, etc. Not a big deal. Where I have issue is the long-term residents below my space.
