“Had I not arrived super late, I would have left and found a new hotel. Parking is scary. The young girl checking in people was super nice but rap music was blasting. The whole place smelled like weed. The carpets were filthy. I stayed in a room where you had to walk down one long hallway then around a corner down another long hallway to get to it. Creeped me out. Not an easy way to get in or out. The door never deadbolted and there is a safety lock at the top but I ended up pushing a chair under...

“Fantastic property overall. The staff is VERY nice and attentive. The only thing that confused me was that I got daily housekeeping, but only for the bathroom. They would clean the bathroom, replace towels, empty the trash - but only from the bathroom. I found that odd, but I am low-maintenance, so it wasn't a big deal - just found it odd.”

“It was just beautiful and breathtaking. The location was amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly. It will be the place I will always stay at when visiting Indianapolis. It was a great experience”

“My room didn’t get cleaned and I asked several time over my three day stay i paid way to much for this type of issue”

“We were in town for a concert at the Bainbridge Center. This hotel is a very easy walk to the venue. The hotel was very clean with friendly staff. There isn't parking available so we had to pay to Valet. But the Valet was pretty efficient with retrieving the car the next day. Our room was very spacious, clean and modern. We loved it! We booked a King Suite and it was worth it. My only complaint was the noise outside. We had corner windows and that may have been the problem. We could hear...

“This is the perfect place to spend time alone with your partner, I was truly delighted.”

“The parking was ample. enough supply of everything was available. The sofa bed however was super uncomfortable. Requested an extra mattress but that was denied by the staff. but otherwise everything else was decent”
