“The place was a mess due to renovation. Just shut the place down. I hate traveling and having to deal with that crap! The least you could do was add to your website that the place is undergoing a messy reno. Breakfast stunk. Nothing there to eat. Very disappointed. Likely will never stay at a Hampton Inn again. Back to Holiday Inn Express for me!”

“Not my first time staying here. The room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. The only thing lacking was the breakfast. Just a small bowl of cereal would have been nice. Instead of the sweet pastries. But I was satisfied with my stay!”

“The staff is the nicest group of people I have ever met! I have traveled to 50 countries and this holiday inn in Danville blew me away! Clean, great breakfast and the staff could not do more for us ! Walking distance to several restaurants and Walmart . Also they had free bottled water, free fresh baked cookies , free suckers and free mints in the lobby! The best holiday inn I have ever been to!”

“Overall, my stay was fine, but I was disappointed by the hotel’s handling of smoking around the main entrance. I have an allergy to cigarette smoke, and during my stay there were people smoking on the bench immediately next to the front entrance. This meant having to walk through cigarette smoke whenever entering or leaving the hotel. I mentioned this through the hotel’s text-message feedback system and was told that there were designated smoking areas elsewhere around the property. I then...

“Went through 5 rooms before agreeing on 1. Hair in the sheets. Bugs in shower. Water puddle in middle of 1 room. Family/owners staying at property l. Slamming doors all throughout the day.!!cleaning all rooms with same old swiffer! No mop and fresh water. Wouldn’t recommend! Stay away!”
