"Staff no friendly at all. The parking gate need to be fixed the room keys never worked to get in or out and we have to call the front desk so they can open the gate ,one day I have to get out of the car go to the front desk I was instructed to press the help button and we wait like 15 minutes to somebody answer the phone and open de gate "

"I do not do well sleeping in AC so it was nice that I was able to shut it off while I was there. They actually had it stopped for my room so they went above and beyond what most hotels do."

"Booked a 2 night stay, 2 rooms oceanfront that were adjoining, which made our extended family a safer arrangement. Shower produced a nice hot hard shower of water that you didn’t want to leave. The beds were comfortable, room was clean and we had everything we needed. Rooms have a mini fridge, iron, & blower dryer. Breakfast was free and outstanding; the gentleman who was restocking the food did an amazing job, food was plentiful and hot. The buffet had everything you would find at any restaurant. No parking pass needed because it was free which was nice. The pool was enjoyed by the grandkids and they had a wonderful time. Loved our view of the ocean and the weather was perfect for the boardwalk and beach. Would highly recommend and we will definitely rebook when we plan to return. "

"Before we had gotten there I had thought I paid the full amount including accidental fees. When I arrived there I had to pay an additional 200+ dollars for any damage done in the room and accidental fees. To then find out that valet parking is taking out of that charge. It was not enough communication. Room service came on our last day, sheets were not changed. I received wash clothes that had black spots on them. In order to go to the pool you have to reserve a spot. I was really shocked for this to be Hyatt Place, this is normally a 4.5 star hotel. I wasn’t able to get the original room I paid for , but the staff was nice about that. "

"Incredible location and harbor views. Big room. Would have liked a regular duvet but it was a thinner one. Very friendly staff. I parked in a big parking garage called Harbor 5. I thought it was going to be payed for by the hotel but it wasn’t. $35 per 24 hours. Felt like a safe neighborhood. Check out was 12 noon which I liked. I would come back. "

"Amy at the spa was fantastic! The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. The food and wait staff were all helpful and pleasant. Wear good hiking shoes for the trail. 10/10 for a quick get away."
