“The room was clean, the gentleman at the front desk was kind and helpful. Parking was great and I had a no smoking room. The people that stayed on either side was quiet.”

“Room was not clean, there were black hairs in the sink, dirty wash clothes in shower, fecal matter on the toilet roll holder and mold on floor by shower. Paid $1300 for 3 nights, we expected better. The hotel is in a beautiful spot, right on the beach and breakfast was good. But some serious maintenance and deep cleaning is definitely needed. Wouldn’t stay there again.”

“Very well-maintained room and property. Our king bed had an excellent mattress and the room was large and well appointed. Great bathroom and we had a small table and 2 chairs outside on the deck. All windows opened easily and we didn't even use the AC. Very good continental breakfast. We stayed in one of the two newer back buildings where it was very private. The oak trees all around provide a lot of shade. The location was great. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Sandwich.”
