“Whilst I probably wouldn’t have booked it if I’d realised it had no parking, the actual hotel was great.”

“We thought Hintlesham Hall was superb. Every member of staff that we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and eager to please. The accommodation was very clean and our room was well equipped with attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and well presented. Afternoon tea was also a lovely experience. “A convenience hotel and no more. For us it just happened to be very near a wedding we were attending hence staying there and we paid £185 for a premium room for one night as we like our creature comforts including a decent size bed and mattress for a decent nights sleep. Sadly it didn't happen in our room 124. The bed was tiny, as the relatively nice staff readily agreed, telegraphing our complaint was one of many, many dissatisfied guests. “The staff were very attentive to our request to accommodate my dad who has poor mobility and ensured that he was near both the reception and breakfast room. The staff were all kind and friendly. Everything was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and nice quality linen, however, we felt the en-suite bathroom could do with an update.”
