“We enjoyed a pleasant stay”

“Lovely hotel and very helpful friendly staff. I booked a classic room which was spacious and nicely presented. Appreciated the addition of room service after a long journey and a well presented breakfast the next morning. Exceeded my expectations actually”

“Used the spa - staff in spa were lovely. Though two masseuses. both my partner and I booked the same treatment. We had completely different experiences. Both half hour one finished after 20 mins and one was full half hour. Lunch with the spa - the spa man who was lovely had to serve it. The restaurant staff refused to do anything. Didn’t clear plates nothing. 4 tables in there and 5 staff stood behind the bar talking ignoring my presence for a few minutes, I left and returned and when I asked...

“Room clean and comfortable , friendly staff.”

“Great location for the town Staff were friendly Property was modern and clean Quiet at night got a good sleep. Would stay here again good value 10/10”

“A beautiful house in a stunning location - everything you need close by and the walled garden is just amazing . ”

“Everything was amazing. Oliver was beyond helpful and kind!”

“Great place, nice location, lots of parking, helpful and efficient staff, strong wifi, good facilities.”

“Was an amazing stay again staff are very good and helpful”

“Lovely venue”

“There was only one member of staff on reception at check in time which means multiple guests have to wait to check in. We went for lunch and had to ask firstly to order drinks and then again to order food. Unfortunately the burgers were way over cooked and the waiter had no incling that this might not be acceptable. It is unfathomable to me based on the price that a full breakfast wouldn’t be included in room rate.”

“very good!”

“Such great value. Free parking, large room, bedding clean and comfy, lovely and helpful staff. In fact Haroon was just wonderful, such a pleasant man and warm welcome. The room wasn't anything special but we only paid £45 so it was a bargain and I'd thoroughly recommend it.”
