“Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and nowhere near worth the money we spent. Upon arrival, the room had a strong odor of marijuana. We attempted to contact the front desk to request a different room, only to discover that the room phone was broken. In addition, two of the lamps in the room did not work. The amenities were also in terrible condition. The hot tub was out of service, and the swimming pool was only partially filled. Even worse, the water was dirty and disgusting,...

“The air didn't work in my room nor the telephone but for the most part the stay was great with the exception of me having to pay twice for this trip.”

“Treasure Bay is our favorite place to gamble, and so staying overnight is truly convenient. That said, the property is not very clean or well maintained. In our room, the main TV had no sound, the lamp next to it was broken, there was no soap next to the sink and someone else's hair was on our bathroom counter. Also worth noting was that the button inside the 2nd floor Ladies Room for the disabled did not work. Staff members I reported all of this to didn't seem to care and wrote nothing...
